Starbucks Coffee, Lowell, MA
The project consisted of the renovation and conversion of an existing library meeting room into a Starbuck’s Coffee at the lower level of the Lydon Library on the University of Massachusetts Lowell’s North Campus.
Work on this accelerated project schedule included:
- Selective demolition and installation of all new materials, finishes, and systems for a complete and operational Starbucks store.
- Extensive exterior work including a new access ramp, concrete stairs, metal railings, concrete paving, cast stone and glass guardrail assemblies.
- Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical modifications.
