New Bedford Whaling Museum Education Center & Research Library
After a competitive bid process, Page Building Construction was selected by the Building and Grounds Committee of the New Bedford Whaling Museum to oversee their $7.5 million addition.
The addition features 4 floors:
- The 1st floor is a multi-purpose space to house Azorean and Yankee Whalen boats in addition to other large collection objects.
- The 2nd floor features the grand entrance and main lobby to the Wattles Jacobs Education Center
- The 3rd floor is dedicated to classrooms and library functions.
- The 4th floor operates as a gallery and multi-use space and regularly used for weddings, corporate events, and business meetings.
